Daily Order Deadline 2 pm!

• All orders placed on Friday after 2 pm ET and over the weekend will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday.

We try to accommodate as best we can. Please give us a call ASAP if you need overnight service after 2 pm. (313) 427-9929

Will everything arrive together?

Most of our items are physically stocked in our warehouse, but occasionally an item will be drop shipped from our brands, or may be shipped at a later date. We will contact you in these situations. 

$25 Address Change Fee: 

What if I typed in the wrong shipping address?

Please note that if your order has already been shipped and you need to change the delivery address, a $25 fee will be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with redirecting your package through the carrier and any administrative handling required. We strongly encourage all customers to double-check their shipping information at checkout to avoid delays and additional charges. If you realize there's an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible—before your order ships—to avoid this fee.

How Much Is Shipping on E-Foils?

Typically, around $250-$380, depending on your location and board setup. 

After Purchasing Your E-Foil

You will receive a tracking number. Usually, boards will arrive in 3-8 business days. Someone will need to be home to sign for it. If no one is home to sign for it, you can pick it up at the nearest carrier location. 

Shipping Damage:

IMPORTANT: You must check your package immediately after shipping has arrived to confirm no damage has occurred during shipping.

IMPORTANT: You must take pictures of the damaged item & damaged shipping box. Both full view and close-up details.

IMPORTANT: Detroit E-Foil must be contacted us within 72 hours of delivery with any damage claims, including photos of the damage and the box. Any claims beyond 72 hours of delivery will be considered delivered in new condition.
