1. Propulsion Options: Jet vs. Propeller vs. Foldable

Waydoo offers 3 propulsion styles for the Flyer One Plus:
• Propeller Drive:
This setup offers more speed and torque—great for heavier riders or those who want sharper performance. It’s the standard and most popular configuration. Comes standard.
• Jet Drive:
A safer, more enclosed option designed for new riders or those who want a smoother, gentler power delivery. The jet system sacrifices a little top-end speed for added safety and control.
• Foldable:
Those who want to push their efoiling boundaries. The foldable prop allows you to ride up to wakes or surf waves. Once you are riding the wave, you can let go of the trigger; the prop will fold in, and you will be just using the power of the wave, giving you the extra benefit or more battery time. The only con is that the foldable prop is the hardest to recover on surface breaches.
Choose Jet if you’re teaching others, sharing with friends, or prefer safety and simplicity.
Choose Propeller if you crave performance and quick acceleration.
Choose Foldable if you plan on surfing or want longer ride times.
2. Wing Options: Carving or Cruising
The front wing makes a big difference in how your eFoil feels on the water.
• Explorer Wing Set:
Larger and more stable, ideal for beginners or riders under 200 lbs. It lifts at lower speeds and helps you get flying faster.
• Patroller Wing Set:
Smaller and faster, made for experienced riders who want tighter carving and more speed. Because it's a smaller wing, you will need to be riding faster to foil. If you want more distance and time on the foil, this wing might not be for you.
If you’re new to efoiling, go with the Explorer Wing. You can always upgrade to the Patroller once you’ve mastered your balance and want more agility.
3. Mast Size: 27-inch or 35-inch
27-inch mast
- Easier to ride
- Good for flat, calm water conditions
- Less likely to hit bottom
35-inch mast
- Sharper turning
- Better for choppier water conditions
- Better for surfing
